I highly recommend Dr. Kessler and his staff. He always takes time to listen and explain options for testing, medications and ongoing care. I never have to wait long for my appointment. Front desk, nursing staff are friendly and helpful. Then there is Kim who sits behind the scenes. My callbacks have taken less than 12 hours. Recently, she and the Doctor assisted me in medicine changes, literally spending hours on my case. Kim always kept me in the loop each step of the way. THANK YOU ALL!!

I was walking out after waiting 45 minutes, when DR. Kessler called my name. I am requesting my medical records to find a new dr. The last time I was there to see another dr. I also had to wait 45 minutes. My time is as valuable as theirs, but they don't seem to care there!

My mother had a lung biopsy over a week ago. She called the Doctors office for results and was told the doctor was on vacation. She asked if she could speak to a partner of his, that she is waiting to hear if she has lung cancer. No one returned her call. Today she called Edward Hospital to access "My Chart". She was able to see her results, and found out she had lung cancer by reading her own chart. My heart is breaking for her---a physician should have called her to break the news----where is the compassion in health care?
