This location honestly has some of the worst staff and service I have ever experienced from duly. It takes weeks to answer a MyChart message when the app says 3-5 days. You're constantly on hold for 30+ minutes. The receptionists are rude and be little you and the doctors don't take your concerns seriously if you are a young patient. Don't waste your time at this location if you want your health to be taken seriously.

The lady at the front dest name barba was very rude . She didn't look at me while talking to me. She was cutting me off while asking me questions not letting me finish. But the next lady got a "hello how can I help you" .

My father has been seeing Dr. Kalathiveetil for years, and prior to that, Dr. Ostrenga (so we've been going to this location for 20+ years). Both physicians have been great, but WOW, yesterday 6/4 the receptionist (NOT BARB, this other woman was South Asian) at around 2PM was extremely rude and does not belong in healthcare. She talks back to patients, has little to no empathy, rude, patronizing, and disrespectful. She even yelled at us from across her desk and told my father that she won't put in his new insurance and can just receive a big bill at home, when he simply inquired how long it'll take her to input the insurance (after 10 minutes of him waiting at the desk, by the way). When we complained to the Medical Assistant, she apologized and mentioned that many other patients have complained to her as well. Interestingly enough, even the patients ahead of us, also talked about how she is ALWAYS like this when they are there. Why the office manager or Duly Health hired her (and won't fire her by now), I will never know. Who knows the added stress this woman is causing to people that are already extremely sick.

I feel that I am constantly being belittled by the front desk staff and those that work the nursing phone line. I never received notice of my test results (neither did my doctor) after 4 weeks they were finally done, but I had to call and get them myself. I still don't have access to them on MyChart. I don't know if it's all of Duly Cardiology, but save yourself and just don't go to this office. Only giving 2 stars because of the wonderful tech that helped put on my monitor and explained the process to me.

I recently had an A Fib procedure done with Dr. Kenneth Weinberg at CDH. It was unsuccessful and after the procedure he told me I need to find a level 3 cardiologist who could possibly fix the issue and then just walked out of the room. He gave me no referral and really didn't even explain what went wrong. I was left dumb founded and told by the nurse who didn't have a clue to call his office and they could set something up. I did that the next day and they too had no idea what I was talking about or who to get in contact with. I've had two procedures done there at that practice and one was misdiagnosed and the other was unsuccessful. Needless to say. I will not be going back there in the future.
