This office is so poorly run. It's become so bureaucratic and frustrating. He was my 2nd PCP until he went administrative as well. You have to schedule your appointment a year out. Refills on medication take 7 days. If you're actually sick you see a PA or RN you'll not see your PCP.. I had Covid in 2020 and requested to do a tele-appointment with my PCP because i have MS. I was scared out of my mind. They would only schedule me with the doc on rotation. I said I could schedule whenever he was available because I was more comfortable seeing a doctor I had a relationship with and that knew my health history. The office was inflexible and I had to see a doctor that was of no help. Since then it's been my experience that if I have an illness I can't get ann appoint until 72 hours later. So I always end up having to go to urgent care instead. Frankly, I'm not even understanding the purpose of a PCP anymore. I only can get an appointment for an annual physical. I'm so disappointed in my experience. It's unfortunate how this office has evolved over the years and overall an inconvenient and incredibly frustrating experience.

Dr. Schriedel is an excellent physician. I have seen him for more than 10 years. He always takes care my health and helps me a lot. He is very responsible. Once I had an irregular heart beat. He referred me to my cardiologist immediately and followed up with the cardiologist to see me in the following day. I appreciate his dedication and excellent medical experience.

At today's appointment, I was promptly greeted and processed. The staff was friendly and punctual. After being weighed and screened by the nurse, I saw the doc 1 minute later. Very good experience even with the pandemic going on. Dr. Schriedel spent quality time going over my labs, asking questions, and checking up on me. He has excellent understanding of my concerns and gave thorough answers. Everyone did amazing! Thank you.
