Alyse Sandoval PA-C was exceptional to say the least. I went into the walk in to be seen for a fall the previous evening and she was so compassionate and caring about my injury as soon as I saw her. She didn't hesitate to turn me over to Dr. Boardman knowing I would need further treatment. I have never had to utilize the walk in clinic of ORA but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. I recently received medical assistance at ORA Urgent Care in Moline. I am very pleased with the help I received. After having an X-ray, Jennifer Tyler explained my situation and suggested methods to address my concerns. She is an excellent PA-C. She treated my problem in a professional and efficient manner. I am highly pleased with the treatment she administered.
I used the ORA urgent care, was waited on right away;. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had Jennifer Wilson PA-C; she was wonderful. Went over x-rays with me and rxplained what she would be doing. Would definitely use them again. .
I have a bad disc and some spurs between a couple vertebrae in my neck. Dr. VanStraten (Dr. Van) took all the time I needed to point out where the problem is on his computer and explain to me different methods to fix the issue! He is a very nice man, and very easy to understand. After my initial visit, I left his office with a great understanding of what my issue is, and what he can do to help fix the problem! I left his office feeling like there is hope and clear solutions to actually fix my neck!
