This is not about the physician but his front desk staff. There was one older woman who was absolutely horrible to talk to. She was very rude and short with me on the phone when I asked to be connected to a nurse. She barely could utter giving me the office fax number because she seemed so irritated, and then gave me the wrong number! My dad NEEDED this order to be signed and by her giving the wrong fax number she completely wasted our time today. She is terrible at customer service and should truly not be taking front desk calls. I hope Dr. Yun is informed about this woman because it makes him look unprofessional as a physician who my dad really likes.
