The medical staff is fantastic! Very satisfied with the care from the staff. However, the person responsible for referrals does not follow through. We will leave a message asking about the status of the referral - no call backs. We will call and talk to other office staff and be assured that the referral person will call us back within 24 hours - no call backs. On several occasions, we have called to check on a referral, left multiple messages spanning over a week, never heard back, and then finally talk to a different person who says the referral has been ready for days. It is absolutely ridiculous how bad the follow through is to call us back and respond to messages. This has significantly impacted my wife's medical care at times. Again, no complaints from the medical staff! They are very attentive and take the time to listen to our concerns. But, the office side does not seem to have good follow through at all.

I've been coming here my whole entire pregnancy & now my child's pediatrician is Dr. Ann Scoigletti who is simply the best! She has been a great listener & provider, Truly love her & the whole staff! Always very professional & attentive. Thank you so much family first medical group

Family First Medical is a great! Nurse practitioner Ann takes her time to listen and offers the best possible resolution for your overall health needs.She's awesome! Someone referred me there and I'm glad I made the switch.

This wasn't my 1st visit. I went in February to address some concerns. I had some blood drawn and met with the nurse practitioner. The appointment itself went okay. I was told she would call me in a week with results. Never called me. Another nurse called and I expressed my desire to speak with the NP as I had more questions. I was told she'd pass on the message. I received a couple of more calls from various other nurses but NEVER from the NP. I will not be going back. No one is so important that they can't call back.
