I would have liked to give a good review to this Clinic, unfortunately that is not the case. It was the first time that my mother had an appointment at this clinic and it was an appointment to be an after ER visit and unfortunately we arrived 8 minutes late and according to the clinic policy they have a grace period of 15 minutes. But when we arrived, the receptionists were busy. One of them was SOCIALIZING with a man and it took more than 15 minutes SOCIALIZING AND LAUGHING to him. The other receptionist was attending to a patient and when it was my mother's turn she told us to wait because she had to attend to another woman. By the time she saw us, the receptionist who was SOCIALIZING was already 2:48 and she didn't want to make to check in and she wanted to schedule another appointment. I was upset because we were waiting 15 minutes to be seen and I had done the e-check-in and yet they did not want to give the pass for my mother to be seen by a doctor. As patients we DO have to wait sometimes up to 30 minutes for a doctor to see us, but the receptionists do not realize or do not want to realize that our time must also be respected while in the meantime they take the time to SOCIALIZE with others patients.
