My husband had a quadruple bypass with Dr. Schwartz and their staff. I have been working in health insurance since 1999 and when I tell you they are the easiest office to deal with and respond to your questions. Not only was it a successful surgery, but every time I call I speak with either the NP or nurse. I have never had to leave a message for a return call. They are AWESOME!!!!!

I always find Dr. Schwartz to be outstanding in every way. I have no complaints with him; however, scheduled tests leading up to seeing the doctor were a total disaster! I had a 9 a.m. appointment for a CT; a 10 a.m. appointment for an echo and a 10:30 a.m. appointment with Dr. Schwartz. The CT wasn't completed until 11 a.m. (2 hours). By the time the echo was completed it was noon before I saw the doctor. Their scheduling needs revising. I give Dr. Schwartz 5 stars but other appointments one star.

Getting the appt, and check in were easy and efficient. MA's and nurses were pleasant, thorough. Dr Schwartz explained everything to my mom, including what the surgery could do, what it couldn't do, and the risk involved. He laid out exactly what preop tests he wanted and why he wanted them. He has a professional but Kind disposition and a confident, but not arrogant manner. Qualities you don't see too often in surgeons. Very happy to give him a good review!!

Dr Jeffery Schwartz MD is a Awesome Surgeon . He is never had a problem explaining your surgery to you...may I add he is very calming With the way he explains everything that he will be doing. A very positive experience. Everyone I encounter at Loyola is so upbeat and helpful. It is very different from other hospitals I have visited. Also very efficient. For the last three years, my annual visits have always started on time- or early!
