I've been a patient of Motwanis for two years. And today they sent me a random letter saying they could no longer be my care provider. And it's tricky how they get you to take a drug test. I had an abscess tooth and I needed to get it fixed right away the female doctor tricks me and tells me it's to try and find out what caused it. Apparently it was a drug test that I found out a month after about. Only after I looked at my med.bottles. they're secretive and we had no problems until the female doctor. They're just cutting my medicine off (medicine that's worse than alcohol and heron withdrawals). But that is wrong I was I went through four doctors who knew now all of a sudden it's a problem. My anxiety is killing me. And when you do everything right you could still do things wrong without even realizing it. It's so hard to find the medication I'm on I just hope that I don't die before I do thanks a lot Dr matwani even though you was never there and I was always your underlings but I'll probably be dead or at least have a seizures but you don't seem to care so thank you very much

He and his staff are compassionate, caring and ALWAYS do the right thing. Through the years I've grown to learn the true meaning of health and wellness through Dr Motwani and his equally caring Assistants. Thanks for your caring and patient first approach. I grateful to be a part of your healthcare Family!!

This is not a paid review. I'm in the office as we speak. And this'll be the last time I ever step foot in here. I don't care if I'm dying. I'll go elsewhere; anywhere but here. I'm another one that has never seen Dr Motwani in the 8+yrs that I've been coming to this office. The nurses lie and says he's here twice per month. What's the point of calling it his office then. Came in for FMLA to be filled out after an accident and was told that I can full them out and nurse practitioner will sign.whines all I ever see because I'm starting to think Motwani first exist .i received a disability form from the tax assessors office due to a speech development issue after the car accident.practitioner referred to therapy but refused to sign this because he wasn't treating me for it. He said he'll sign if I send over the doc notes about the stutter issues from the speech Therapy. I had them sent same day,but the office called and said the doc will not be signing.i told them that is not what I was told. They said they wouldn't bill for the visit since it was again for paperwork only but he refused. I told them I was done with the office and they wouldn't be seeing me again. They called a few days later and said they'll sign it if I drop them off, but later today was the only time. So they called and leave me with 2 hrs to drop everything and leave work early to get to them or he will not sign beyond today. Like what was with the automatons. Then I they tell me I have an annual visit in a week that is not usually charged by insurance. Its totally free if I want to keep that. i said i guess, since im done with you all. and they said ok. kept the appt just to come in and be blindsided with a $100 bill from a previous visit. they billed for signing the paperwork.

This place has declined significantly ever since I started seeing them in 2017. Appointments are constantly canceled and the patient is never informed about it until they actually get to the office after wasting time and gas. The "doctors" aren't even doctors; they are rude nurse practitioners with poor bedside manner. Now I find out that they're no longer enrolled in the Medicaid program and they didn't inform ANY of their patients about it, leaving us without the ability to get medications. Always have to leave messages on their voice mailbox and I NEVER receive any callbacks from them. They tried to once charge me a $25 fee for an appointment I canceled well in advance. Done with this place. I do not recommend this place at all. Unprofessional and rude.

Never going back. I've been a patient for 5 years now and never once met "Dr. Motwani". It's a different nurse practitioner every time I go in there. Also, I scheduled an appointment for a twisted ankle last Friday and called back an hour later to cancel after the swelling went down and it didn't seem that bad anymore. I had to leave a voicemail because they never answer their phone. So, now, a week later, they're trying to charge me $20 for a "no-show". Never going back....this place is NOT RECOMMENDED
