Dr. Momoyama is great, but Duly Corporation is horrible. Anytime I call, I have to navigate one of those automated voice systems, sit on hold for a very long time, then when I finally get a human being, it's someone in a call center in India. The people in the office are so nice and helpful, but I cannot talk to them unless I appear in person. Just today, I finally got a human with relevant expertise to help me with my issue, and I got hung up on, so now I have to go through the entire process all over again. It would literally have been faster to make the 30 min drive to the office, but I have an appointment soon.
She is a kind, caring, knowledgeable doctor who takes excellent care of her patients. Very grateful for her.
Dr Momoyama has been my GP for several years now. I have always appreciated her professionalism and thoroughness. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2021 she called me to check in and offer her support and I was very touched by that. She is firm but encouraging and offers great tips. Recommend highly.
