I had been with Prospect healthcare for some years. I left and went up under a Medicaid plan so I can have dental work done. I left toward the end of 2016. When I called to try and come back, now that I went back up under my original plan, whoever the new office manager is was very nasty and unprofessional. She refused to set me up appointment with my doctor and when I called him he said he would talk with them and get it taken care of. Then when I called him back he had a different attitude so what she told him I don't know. It leads me to believe she has a prejudice against me for what reason I don't know because I don't know her and she don't know me and once again that's my opinion. So I call today May 31st to see could I get appointment it's been about a month. I was told they not accepting new patients. I want on the website and its biggest day accepting new patients yes. So I don't believe that one person in the office just stop a person from being able to see the doctor. That's why I gave I gave one star if I could have given zero stars I would have. Very unprofessional very! I've seen nothing like it before in my life.
