Gave birth to my child here. My child had bilirubin of 9 when they cleared us to go home, they said he was fine. 2 days later he was at 19. After seeing his physician for his first appointment, she sent us back to the hospital immediately with high priority. The Dr's don't seem to be trained or don't care about anything but money. They made me have 2 separate hospital stays when they wouldn't keep him the first time. They had to put the lights under and over him. I don't know if they were trying to make me suffer. But they did because HIGH to them means fine.

I recently went to this hospital to have an upper jaw surgery i had planned for a while. I was honestly nervous seeing the reviews aren't the best however I honestly had a great experience for my first major surgery like this, and i'm only 19 so honestly i was very nervous. I stayed the night and everyone from the front desk to the nurses and nursing assistants were all great and very positive. They were accommodating and it did seem like they genuinely wanted to help me. The only thing close to an issue was that it took a while to get a transport to get me to my room after the surgery, along with that I had overheard some docters were arguing over who would go home first which delayed it a bit. However everything else was great, i really was happy that i stayed there over night while i recovered and all the people who helped me were great.

I recently gave birth at Condell and had a very positive experience. I was hesitant and a bit nervous because I had never had any hospital stays or surgeries done at Condell, but my stay exceeded my expectations. The New Life Maternity Center has very spacious and comfortable rooms for both moms and their support person. All of the nurses that I interacted with both for my care and for my daughter's care in the NICU were absolutely wonderful. I have horrible medical anxiety and all of the nurses I had made me feel comfortable and safe throughout my stay. I wish I could remember all of their names and thank them individually. I would highly recommend delivering your baby here. You will absolutely receive the support and care you deserve

My 89 yr old mother was admitted post surgery, she developed chest pain, has a long cardiac history, and her b/p was seriously high. She goes from a rapid response to absolutely no care with myself having to contact her Cardiologist! How is this a trauma center when they cannot handle chest pain and uncontrolled hypertension?! Advocate we are out!!

The staff is uncaring, rude, & unprofessional!!! Never go here ever. The nurses wanted to whine about their shifts, not even talking to me, the patient! 1 nurse left me on the CT Scanner while she discussed her meal request with other employees. I was never given a pillow or a blanket. I was placed in a room with no lights or tv. Staff was too busy goofing off then doing their jobs. Then they lost my urine and never ran a UA as requested! I eventually walked out after no one coming to check on me for 2 hours. I was their with chest pains and other symptoms but no pain meds to help, no kind of treatment was actually done. I was waiting since 3:30. Just awful.
