I like Dr. Rupp a lot. However, I do not like the side office where they draw blood. They are in no hurry, chatting like they are on break, and they have "The View" on the TV, in a very small waiting room...the volume turned up to 11. "The View" is my kryptonite, my brain shrinks and bleeds when I hear it. No one appeared at the desk again for awhile, so I had the main desk print off my order and I took it to another place to draw blood. No one should have to endure what I did. Lolz

The Dr and Nurse are nice but the receptionist Fed is rude and unprofessional, also hard to get in for a last minute appointment, you have to book it several weeks ahead. This unprofessional behavior from the front desk alone is why I'm looking for a new Dr. and it's a shame because he's a great Dr very thorough. No reason to scold me for not answering my confirmation call when I confirmed my appointment online. The vm sent said if you can't make it call, not call and confirm when I've already confirmed online. I confirmed my meds and insurance and Fed wanted to get sassy because I said that. Why have us confirm everything online and then have to go through the whole process again.. checking in is not the issue, having to go through the whole confirming process along with his attitude and behavior is

Saw Dr. Paganessi on 10/30/24. It was my first visit with her as I previously saw Dr. Mahoney and Dr. Vega, both who I liked very much, but no longer work in that office. I was very happy with Dr. Paganessi as well. The receptionist and assistant were also very welcoming and professional on my 10/31 visit. I was the last patient of the day, so I did not have to wait a long time in the waiting area as I usually do. On prior visits, the front desk has been a nightmare like all the other above reviews. They are rude, unprofessional, and act like your inconveniencing them. I hope this office has taken a turn because they really need to get some pointers from the gals I dealt with on 10/30/24 as she was fantastic.

Don't go based on reviews bc there just either happy visits or someone else's personal problems not yours As for prior reviews I'd like to say Fed is ANYTHING BUT RUDE!!! Hes my favorite person to see coming in he's always friendly and happy to help if he was rude to you then you gave him a reason to be and my doctor is an Angel Dr. LR if you know you know if you don't go make an appt and decide for yourself how you feel

Before I booked an appointment here I checked the reviews and I should have known. I scheduled a appointment Tuesday last week Oct 15 to see a OBY. Mind you I don't have insurance! I show up just for them to tell me they called to reschedule cause the doctor called off.... She said it would be $186.00 for the doctor visit since I didn't have insurance. Fine, I rescheduled for today Tuesday Oct 22. I got told it was $228.00 not $186.00. I go in today and they charge me and move to the doctors office. Just for them to tell me SHE CANT SEE ME BECAUSE SHE DOESN'T SPECIALIZE IN WHAT I NEEDED TO BE SEEN FOR. A big waste of time. They were trying to reschedule me for another doctor. I denied and I argued to get my my money back. Such a WASTE OF TIME!!! I do not recommend! Find you a better doctor. Better ppl that can explain that their OBGYN only does papsmears.
