Dr. Massullo is my 92-year-old mother's cardiologist. My mother has been on hospice care for several months but was considering discontinuing it because she wanted the freedom to choose any doctor, as hospice and Medicare impose restrictions on her medical care. Dr. Massullo spent over 30 minutes listening to her concerns, addressing each one rationally and professionally. By the end of the appointment, he convinced her that hospice remains her best option.
