When you first walk in you will be greeted by the front desk ladies with a smile from either Britt, Rie, or Suzette of which you will find these ladies to be most kind, caring, respectful, and very helpful to your needs. You will then see how bright and clean this facility is. I love the big aquarium in the waiting area. Its so relaxing. This facility also has state of the art equipment for all your medical needs. On this day Gina a medical assistant greeted me with a smile who is also very kind and caring about your needs. Took me to my room. Now I've been seeing Dr. Noel Camba, my cardiologist for some years at the Joliet office. He is an amazing doctor. He is kind, caring, compassionate, and a very knowledgeable doctor with a terrific bedside manner, sense of humor, and a calm demeanor. He explains so that you understand and he also listens to you. In October of 2025 I took a heart stress test at the Heart Care Centers of Illinois Joliet office on Oneida St. Here I was meant with a smile by three wonderful genuinely kind, caring, professional young ladies. You can tell by their demeanor that they love their careers. That would be Amber -Stress Tech, Lisa - Nuclear Tech, and Caitlyn - Nurse. Each one of these ladies made me feel so comfortable with the test. They explain each step in laymen's terms. I must say that all the staff and Dr. Camba make you feel very welcome. I appreciate and respect each and everyone of you who work in any medical facility. Knowing that you all put yourselves and your family members at great risk to treat us. I'm here today because all of you who chose a career in healthcare services. That being everyone included from secretaries, custodial engineers, to doctors. Thank you all so very much. Steven S. I have only good things to say about Dr Maragos. My husband has been a patient for over 15 years. Always has been extremely happy with his treatment. I was a patient also as I needed clearance for surgeries.

Hello, I have previously been directed to the wrong building as my order form provided by my doctor states their address is 195 Springfield Avenue, Joliet, IL. However, that is the INCORRECT address and needs to be updated on EVERY order form given to patients as we have no idea where your new address is. The lady's at the law firm at the 195 Springfield have been extremely helpful in directing me to the correct address. Poor management in their end to keeping an old address they have not reside in for the past 2-3 years.

The most unprofessional place left me sitting in a room for an hour, and 15 minutes appointment was at 2:15. Still nothing at 3:30 not even a courtesy update......."I'm terribly sorry we are running behind, but somebody will be with you shortly" . Oh hell no not even that. They are totally inconsiderate. He must think you have nothing else to do but be at your beck and call. I came in here with high blood pressure. This place certainly doesn't do anything to improve that.

The doctor,the nurses and receptionist are so friendly I will recommend this p to everyone
