The visit with Dr. Balek was for my mom. Every encounter with staff was absolutely amazing. The customer service provided was great and pleasant. The doctor himself connected with my mom and he made her feel comfortable. Dr. Balek answered questions and explained the responses in the simplest terms. Very pleasant atmosphere. Keep up the good work.

The thing that bothers me the most about rating Dr. Balek is that you can only leave five stars. He deserves at least ten! When I was diagnosed with AFib, I was EXTREMELY lucky that the hospital assigned Dr. Balek to me. If I had to find a cardiologist myself, I wouldn't have known where to start looking for one, let alone someone that I liked. Dr. Balek has a gentle, knowledgeable way about him that makes me very comfortable so I can actually enjoy my time with him. If I have any questions, his answers are always to the point and in easy to understand terms. I never leave unsure of what just happened. And his staff matches his professionalism perfectly! I can honestly say that I have NEVER left the office feeling unheard or confused about anything. If there was a fan club for Dr. Balek (and his staff), I'd be running for the presidency of it. Yeah, he deserves at least ten stars!
