Gerald A. Charnogursky, MD, FACE

I am so fortunate a neighbor told me about Dr. Charnogursky. He is the best doctor I have ever had. Besides his thoroughness, Dr. Charnogursky has a wonderful personality, a great memory, listens with sincerity, and asks the right questions. I travel a long way to see him, and it's worth it.

Dr. Charnogursky really listens. He develops a treatment plan WITH the patient. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. I have been to at least seven endocrinologists in the northwest suburbs. Loyola is a bit of a distance, but Dr Charnogursky goes to more than one location. His care is well worth the drive. He is consistently respectful and patient oriented. His staff is also pleasant and organized.

Dr. Charnogursky has been my endocrinologist for over 20 years. He has helped manage my diabetes since I was first diagnosed. He has the best " bedside manner"! He is personable and truly cares about the patient's personal life as well as their medical life. He always listens and answers any questions or concerns. I even contacted him via email through the MyLoyola website, and he answered promptly and put me at ease with his explanations to answer my questions. I have never felt like I was being "told" what should be done. It has always been a discussion on both parts when he has recommended treatments. I feel very lucky to have become and continue to be one of his patients.

Dr. Charnogursky is an excellent, caring physician. He is knowledgeable and is always prepared. This was also true on my recent visit. I have seen him for many years and I would highly recommend him.

Dr Charnogursky is an amazing doctor. He always answers all your questions, is very caring. I feel bleesed to have him as a doctot. Also his office is run like a well oiled machine.
