Never had any bad experiences with this office. Easy in and Easy out. I have been going to this Doctor for 5 years and I think she is easy to talk to and is a very smart doctor.

Horrible Doctor! My dad just passed away last month, Valentina was my dad's doctor for years! I was never satisfied with the way she talked to patients very rude, but unfortunately my dad got used to her. Anyways the reason I'm writing this review is because my dad went to her with multiple red flags for her to further test him ! Like losing 30 pounds , anemic, abdominal pain with out dieting! My dad was diagnosed with stage 4 stomach cancer! It was too late for him! But it isn't too late for you! Look for another doctor! She sent him away with norco and over the counter vitamins! Think twice before you schedule an appointment with her!

Find another doctor...she is very rude and seems to dismiss any health concerns brought up. She told me I was "looking for a problem" and also called me a "perfectionist" due to medical concerns I voiced. I will NEVER return to this office. Based on other reviews, she picks and chooses who she is friendly and helpful to.

Very rude didn't care about my mental health. She makes accusations that I had a fatty liver and I needed to get tested for Come to find out she was wrong. Don't go to her such a rude and mean doctor. She brushes you off like your nothing

Dr. Polyak is good at what she does, however the lobby (waiting area) smells like a nursing home, smells like bowels and urine. Wait times could be better as well.
