My Experience with Irina has been total frustration. I make an appointment go to the office and it was canceled. She stormed out of the office while I'm standing there verbally screaming at someone on the phone with her foul language. I'm not surprised I'm seeing other negative reviews on this doctor. She talks to people like there nothing to her. She does not return calls to patients and she is disrespectful. I will not be going back to this place

I am currently under the care of this physician and was honestly surprised to see the 1 star review. I have now seen Dr. Staicu for two separate procedures and she has been great. She walks you through the process and is easily available for questions after the procedure. She is also very easy to talk to and clearly has the patient's best interest at heart. The only reason I give 4 out of 5 stars is because the reception staff is very short and can come off as rude.
I had a chemical stress test at Good Shepherd with this woman assigned by the hospital. She walked in, didn't talk to me at all and immediately started talking on the phone while starting the procedure without any warning. When I pleaded " Where is the doctor?" The nurse said "That's the doctor, over there, on the phone. " The chemicals, which had been administered with absolutely no warning, were making my heart race as they are supposed to. After the procedure Irina started briskly walking out of the room, still completely ignoring me. Gasping for breath, I said to the nurse " But she nevered even talked to me!" Irina actually sneered at me with a contemptuous look and continued on her way. She has the bedside manner of Atila the Hun.
I love Dr.Staicu. Explained to her I had a brain injury,and she was patient with me. She explained everything to me so I could understand. She's also very thorough in exam. Everyone there was very nice to me. I highly recommend.
