Advanced Heart Care

Absolutely the most unprofessional front office I've ever had to deal with. First time I scheduled and I got there and they couldn't find my appointment. I rescheduled a few times because that have god awful appointment times, then they rescheduled me, I got there and they were closed. They then proceeded to blame it on me. The woman at the front office is quick to blame others but it was 100% her fault each time, and she was extremely rude. Too bad because the doctor seemed pretty decent.

Horrible experience. First appointment Dr. told me I was going home with a heart monitor. The front desk person had no clue but I was told she would ask the Dr. I waited as long as I could. I was called a few days later to make yet ANOTHER appointment for the heart monitor. I was called back the next day because all of the monitors were BROKEN. Then I asked if I can just have my stress test because the date is coming up quickly. They cancelled my stress test because my insurance denied it because they need more info from the doctor. I was told to make all these phones calls myself. In the end Dr Almousalli was supposed to do a peer to peer with my insurance company. After doing all the calls, I never heard back from anyone. Unprofessional. The mailbox is always full.

Terrible, terrible experience! They closed an office without telling anyone. Then the new office has unfriendly staff and terrible wait times. They seem to always need to reschedule my appointments. They will not call you with test results and also won't return phone calls you make to them. I gave it 1 year of constant disappointments.

Everyone is very nice, they make sure to listen to everything you have to say and then make their decisions and explain everything to you. There's no long waiting time oh, and if you need a return they try to get you in as soon as possible. Very nice people oh, very good doctors.

I see Dr. Zabad and he has a fantastic " bedside " manner. He takes time and actually listens to the patient. He explains everything in a manner the patient can understand. Nurse Michael is very good at his job, excellent people skills. Would highly recommend Advanced Heart Care.
