This review is for the receptionist. I've always had positive interactions with medical staff--until I recently spoke with someone over the phone while trying to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, her tone came across as dismissive and unprofessional. I felt compelled to address her attitude during the call, after which she became less rude. I understand that everyone has difficult days, but I hope the staff is reminded that patients deserve kindness and respect, especially when seeking care.
