A BASIC CHECK UP AT THIS FACILITY WILL COST YOU $600-$1200 after insurance is billed!!! This is for "in network" PPO providers!!! Their billers will not advocate for you whatsoever. Take yourself straight to an ER before risking your financial health, this place is a scam.

***DO NOT RECIEVE CARE HERE IF YOU ARE TRANS*** I've been calling for over a week now trying to have forms sent to insurance to refill my HRT. I've been told they were sent when I called insurance , they were not. I've been transferred to people who "claimed not to be in the office" and I've been put on hold every day for hours. I'm extremely bloated, uncomfortable and scared for my mental and physical health and these are NOT Healthcare professionals. Sad because I've been seeing Dr. Leon for over 15 years now and she's quite lovely but the rest the staff will not care for you if you are in need of help, not sure if this only applies to just trans people? But this is my experience and this facility should be shut down. changing my PCP ASAP because no one will help me get my medications.

I haven't been to the dr in a long time, but my blood pressure has been high so I figure it was time to establish a primary care dr. Dr Ferguson and her nursing staff were professional and calmed all my fears. I definitely look forward to continuing to go here for all my health concerns and needs and recommend them to anyone seeking a primary care dr!

I have been trying so hard to get a scheduled appointment in regarding to my severe migraines however i called everyday and can not get connected with any human being there !!!! the answering service transferred me all last week and the phone rang until it got disconnected, the next day i called left a massage for nurse and she never call me back. I called today and guess what finally got tru and the receptionist can not scheduled me an appointment instead took my phone number to give to the nurse to call me to schedule the appointment. If someone needs to see the doctor is because they are sick. Loyola claims they are here to treat you I hardly think that they care about their patients at all!!!
