I have always been very pleased with Dr. Coe, her staff and office. She always shows that she cares very much about your health & wellbeing, mentally and physically. I've been with her for many years and I thank her from the bottom of my heart for her professionalism, care & the warmth felt after each and every visit.
A family member saw Dr. Co recently and she focused on her own agenda for his health, did not prioritize the goals or interests of the patient, and it turns out, misdiagnosed a relatively simple issue. This led to my family member suffering for an additional 2 weeks when he could have been on the mend had Dr. Co listened and taken a closer look. I'm disappointed that my family member received this care. Furthermore, my family will be looking for a new provider that prioritizes our individualized health concerns and needs.
I really appreciated how the hospital has implemented the CDC guidelines for COVID-19. I was notably anxious about my first visit with Dr. Co and new hospital system. Great staff, they were very polite and professional. Dr. Co listened to all of my questions and concerns and addressed them.
Dr Co provides excellent care. The service is above and beyond. She is truly care for her patients.
