Jack R. Chamberlin, MD

Dr Chamberlain has been my cardiologist for 20 years. He is an awesome doctor with a sense of humor that can handle my nonsense. I call him Soap op doc(to his face) because he is very good-looking and has been as long as I've known him. He is a down-to-earth straightforward doctor. I would refer him to anyone!

This doctor literally saved my life after 6 different doctor's telling me no hope can't do surgery one doctor told me I had 4 to 6 days to live after all that I meet dr. Chamberlain who saved my life i will always be.forever grateful.

Recently met dr chamberlain at alexian as he was taking care of my ex husband blood clots in the icu unit Absolutely was so delighted and grateful on how he handle his condition Ron now has a new doctor Thank you for your help

I have been a patient of his for several years! You can't have a better doctor! Not only is he great at his job he has a fabulous bed side manner! I was recently taken to another hospital called Glen Oakes, by 911, because it was the closest,and I had low blood sugar. Another problem I had was a had a clogged artery behind my knee and received an angioplasty from a doctor named Shah who said he was Dr. Chamberlin's partner. I expected the same care as I received from Dr.Chamberlin and I received good cardiovascular care but I had the angioplasty on Monday and left the hospital on Wednesday night and Dr. Shah never followed up with me! Dr. Chamberlin follows up every day. The experience made me realize how much I appreciate Dr. Chamberlin.

Can't say enough good things about Dr Jack Chamberlin. Did a procedure on my to open an Artery and in and out of hospital pain free. A vascular Surgeon wanted to do a invasive bypass. Dr Chamberlin is now my Cardiologist for life.
