Nueki Naate, MD

Dr. Naate is an amazing doctor. She is companionate, understanding, listens, and truly cares. The staff at her practice is warm, welcoming, and makes you feel like you're at home. I've so happy that I found Dr. Naate's practice. I'm glad that after searching a long time, I found my PCP. I'd happily recommend Dr. Naate's practice to anyone.

I have been extremely impressed with Dr naate and her office staff. I had gone through all the other HSHS doctors. With none meeting my standards. Needless to say Dr. Naate exceeded them. She was very through with little information.

I've seen dr. Naate for theee years. She is so kind and very thorough. As a patient that struggled with dosage issues, it is so meaningful that she stuck with me through the process and she was very patient with me . Totally recommend!

Please find out who was answering your phones on 1/17/25 around 1245pm. She's rude, dismissive, talked over me, interrupted me while talking several times, and hung up on me while trying to GET information about your providers to become a new patient. Her tone was saying, why are you bothering me. When I called back she lied. Why would I ever choose a doctor from here when I can't even get respect from the person answering the phones, giving out information, and booking appointments. It doesn't take much to treat people decently. You work in a medical office where you interact with the public. There will be good days and bad, you can't take it out on patients. It's very disheartening to see this behavior is currently acceptable. I hope the proper people investigate and they get someone with a better attitude and who respects the patients. However, if this is the attitude and tone of the entire office, then I dodged a bullet. I was really looking forward to possibly having Dr. Naate as a doctor but with this type of staff in the front office, absolutely not. Your front staff, who greet people and answer phones, is a reflection of your office as a whole. If this is not how you want your office represented, I suggest you review your current front staff. (Unless this is a correct representation of your office. In which case, i made the right decision not choosing you as a provider.)

I switched to Dr. Naate in July 2024 and highly recommend her. She was instrumental in identifying a major health concern. My appointments run on time and the staff are friendly and professional.
