HSHS Medical Group Multispecialty Care - Edwardsville

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. The office staff DO NOT ANSWER CALLS- normal wait time is 35 minutes. Once the calls are answered the office staff do not log the calls and do not send messages to the doctor. There is NO communication, no calls are returned and the staff just keep saying we will call you back. And they don't. They have no idea what is going on - it is beyond frustrating. I feel like I'm speaking to a second grader trying to explain the same thing over and over and over again and they do not comprehend what I am saying. Find another doctor! Do not use hshs if this is who they hire.

I experienced the worst, most unprofessional encounter ever when I contacted the office of my physician this evening after I had received a previous voicemail requesting a follow-up. The woman I spoke to was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful on the phone. She must have made a mistake on the computer because she cussed and put me on hold for five minutes with no explanation. She kept scoffing, saying she could find any appointments, when my only two days a week where I couldn't make it were Tuesday and Thursday. During the end of our call, she says, "Well, we're about to close, so I don't know what you want me to do." Finally, she just hung up. It was very evident she wanted to leave work and did not care about customer satisfaction. She was talking her way through the entire conversation through the phone, and she even told me she didn't know how to spell a very simple prescription name of mine, so I spelled it out for her. I have never written a negative review, but this was over the top. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name, or I would've just tried contacting corporate. I don't recommend this clinic to ANYONE, you deserve better service than what they provide.

My previous Primary care provider retired before I moved to Edwardsville and I was in need of a new doctor and Dr. Deva was a exactly who I needed! She was attentive ,patient and extremely thorough. I even emailed a few questions and she answered me promptly! The front desk tech Jessica as well as Sherri were extremely welcoming and very knowledgeable. I am so glad I listened to the radio ad and gave HSHS a try!

Dr. Naate is absolutely amazing. She listens and doesn't do anything unnecessary. She is now my go to doctor if I need anything. First time going she ran some tests and after the results she helped get me sorted to where I'm feeling much better!

Dr. Naate is an amazing and understanding doctor. She was willing to work with me with on what my insurance did and did not cover and finding a good treatment plan for me. She really cares about all her patients.
