My daughter called to have a dr come to my house as I am in bad shape( a hacking cough, chest pain , sore throat, sore joints and more) and they said " Friday between 1-4. " no call to say still coming, he came at 4:25 and right away said he is not staying long ( I think the deep cough scared him and I was wearing a mask) and put a cuff on my arm. Even w a stethoscope around his neck, he never listened to my heart, chest or lungs! He then said he will call in a script to Walgreens and as of this morning... NO MEDS! He said he will have someone draw my blood and take Xrays but never said when and they are closed on the weekend . I'm really sick and now angry! How much is his 5-7 minute visit going to cost me for NOTHING!

Honestly, the experience was incredibly unprofessional. They focused solely on depression and anxiety, which, yeah, might be part of it, but it's not the whole picture. Every time I brought up my anger or anything else, they just shut it down. The assessment was heavily skewed toward those two issues, and then they acted surprised that my depression and anxiety levels were high, and immediately jumped to medication recommendations. And the thing is, it's not even a diagnostic center! I'm clearly too complex for what they handle there. To top it off, they had the nerve to say my issues "don't seem too crazy" and are easily fixable. Seriously? I *know* they can be addressed, but the "not too bad" comment is infuriating. I'm obviously struggling more than they realize. It was a terrible experience, and I'm definitely asking my therapist to recommend a different, more professional place for a proper diagnosis - one that will actually conduct thorough testing over time and provide real results. I had a whole list of symptoms I wanted to discuss, but it was clear they weren't interested in anything beyond pushing medication.

Friendly , but do not follow up. Said I needed blood work and would send someone to my home. I've called 3 times and was told they would check Drs chart. 2 months later still waiting.
