I had such a wonderful experience at this office! From the moment I walked in, the reception staff greeted me with warmth and kindness, making me feel immediately comfortable. Dr. Schanbacher is amazing thorough, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every member of the team worked seamlessly together, making the visit smooth and stress-free. It's clear that everyone here truly values their patients. I left feeling well cared for and appreciated. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional and compassionate medical team!

Great services, they assist you from the beginning to the end. Dr. Patel was very attentive to my needs, took time to review my medical record and provide me results in a fast way, the receptionists are kind and supportive. This is my 2do time in this clinic and their service is much better than other similar places. Good customers service.

They make you come in 15 min early but they take you 30 min past your appointment time, (so you will be waiting 45min) but they won't take you in if you are 5 min late even if there are no patients waiting in front of you, good way to loose potential patients. They need to revise their "POLICIES" because so far they aren't customer friendly at all. They're policies say they won't take you in if you are 5 minutes late but they will make you wait over 30 minutes past your appointment time to see you and that's what they're policy says

This place was GREAT! I can't believe they just opened. The place is SO CLEAN. Everything is NEW. The floors don't even appear to have been walked on yet. The staff is friendly and professional. Everyone is smiling in the entire office and you are acknowledged the second you walk in the door. Alicia, (Doctor) is so incredibly knowledgeable in her profession. Every question I had, she had an answer for. Her level of compassion in her voice made me feel safe and secure in her care. I also appreciate Karla, who walked me back to my room and took my vitals. You were great as well and loved your cheerful energy. I hope to come back to this location instead of the one near me, that is until I am able to return to my primary care physician. Thank you so much for the difference you all make in the lives of your patients! I hope the attitude and great service never changes here!

Our first time visiting the des plaines location and everyone was great! From the receptionist to the lab work. They were so sweet, understanding, and knowledgeable. Thank you for providing the best care.
