She came to see my wife at Shepherd hospital because my wife had experienced heart palpitations. Absolutely rude and did not explain what was wrong. Went on to day they were going to do an Angiogram the next day. I asked her if we could think over it, she got argumentative and stomped out of the room like a little kid. I told the nurse we did not want her to treat my wife and to get us another Cardiologist. She returned and tried to argue with me again. I told her we did not want to talk to her. The Hispital ended up calling Dr. Pinto. The experience has been excellent

I had a chemical stress test at Good Shepherd with this woman assigned by the hospital. She walked in, didn't talk to me at all and immediately started talking on the phone while starting the procedure without any warning. When I pleaded " Where is the doctor?" The nurse said "That's the doctor, over there, on the phone! " , like I was supposed to know who a complete stranger was, who was wearing street clothes, and could have been anyone. The chemicals, which had been administered with absolutely no warning, were making my heart race as they are supposed to. After the procedure Irina started briskly walking out of the room, still completely ignoring me. Gasping for breath, I said to the nurse " But she nevered even talked to me!" Irina actually sneered at me with a contemptuous look and continued on her way. She has the bedside manner of Ivan the Terrible. She was arrogant, extremely rude and indifferent.

Very attentive. Answers questions and is very good at educating her patients on diagnosis as well as medications needed. Professional and kind.
