I went for my first visit today. I did not see Dr Kalaher. My appointment was with Mariah Wagner, PA. The front desk staff were very professional and pleasant. Mariah was very attentive, professional and pleasant. My blood was drawn in their lab by Jennifer, also professional and pleasant. Each room I was in was spotless and I was comfortable the entire visit. After reading other reviews, I was a bit apprehensive. I am glad I chose Gateway. My former doctor is getting ready to retire and I was nervous about going elsewhere. I'm no longer apprehensive. Thank you, Staff, Mariah and Jennifer.

Dr Kalahar is great but the way the office is ran is sub par. When you call you can never reach a human. If you leave a voicemail you'll be lucky to get a call back within 4 hours. And if you miss the call back you're out a luck. Twice now I've had to drive all the way over to the building just to get answers that could have easily been solved over the phone.

Dr Kalaher is the most attentive physician I have ever had. She never rushes out of the room and has excellent "bedside manner". I always feel that I have received the best care possible when I leave her office

I have had some terrible experiences in the past with pcp's, Dr Kalaher was a breath of fresh air. First of all, she valued my time actually brought me back early and saw me EARLY.. insane!! Secondly, she is so attentive. You can tell that she really cares about you.. not only your physical health but your mental health as well.. how refreshing! Lastly, her office staff is very friendly. Sometimes that is extremely hard to find. When I had to miss my appointment with her due to covid, her office staff called me to reschedule as soon as they were operational, which was a blessing. Thank you Dr Kalaher and office staff for making me feel at ease and comfortable to voice my health concerns. You are awesome and I definitely will be recommending you if people are looking for primary care physcians. Thanks so much!!

Being a heart failure patient, my cardiologist requested blood work and I made a appointment at this office to have it done . Upon arrival I was told to wear a mask, after attempting to explain to the receptionistthat I couldn't breath well wearing a mask and that being a heart patient I was exempt from wearing a mask, the after showing the nurse proof she started slamming instruments around and fussing about her care. She was attempting to draw blood , I stopped her and said I'd go elsewhere, I call the office manager and left a very detailed voice-mail, and her response was to drop me as a patient. Definitely wouldn't recommend the facility. Also getting someone to either answer the phone or respond to your left voice-mails is very difficult.
