The counter personal who's is latin young woman was tremendous disrespectful person ,she ignores me and she didn't answer my questions .Also she was talking with someone about her food bcs it was alone to the lunch time.

Went here strictly for Delora Brooks and now that she's gone I would not waste your time with this office. The staff is often rude and unhelpful, it's very difficult trying to schedule an appointment, and half of the appointments I do get scheduled end up getting canceled for "Scheduling conflicts" less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Luckily I don't have any serious medical issues to worry about but if I did this office is the last place I would go to get efficient medical care.

I have been a patient for over 18 months. While the front office staff is not overly friendly but respectful, they were efficent and helpful. Never was anyone rude as I'm seeing on some reviews. As for the medical treatment, IT IS AMAZING. I have a lot of questions. Communication was fantastic. I used the patient portal. I will continue being a patient and recommend them to those I talk too.

I was so surprised by this office! I was greeted like an old friend, and with a smile. The office staff quickly took my info and I had a seat. It was a 4:30pm appointment so I thought like most Doctors, Dr. Kalaher would be running behind and I'd have a long wait. But nope! 5 minutes later I was called back. The medical assistant was so friendly, and went over my medical history in very good detail. Then almost immediately Dr. Kalaher saw me. She was so patient, and kind. She listened to all my concerns and never rushed me. She saw me for 45 minutes! And I left with a lot of orders for testing I had been putting off. I just couldn't believe the compassion, thoughtfulness, patience and time she gave me. I would highly recommend her!!

I've been a patient of Dr k for years, her office staff has always been very nice and professional. Dr Kalaher is a very nice, caring and respectful doctor. So far I have sent my youngest son to her and my oldest wants an appointment. Would and have recommended her to anyone !! She will be your friend by your second appointment
