Family Medicine Associates

I have been a patient of Family Medicine and Associates for decades. The staff is kind, compassionate and accommodating. They have seen us through births, emergencies and overall care like no other. We have moved to Missouri and still choose to make this our primary care start because of the incredible staff and knowledge based approach. We have laughed and cried together, they have become an extension of our family. They find the answer if they don't know it. If you are seeking warm bedside manner with a local team, I highly recommend this office.

I've been with Dr. Zimmermann for my entire life and he is fantastic but his staff is so rude and lazy that I refuse to go back after almost 26 years (he delivered me). I took my son for his shots and didn't have his insurance card yet. They refused to see him. I called another office immediately after and explained the situation and they said as long as I know the policy number it was no problem and scheduled him immediately! The staff here cannot be bothered to do the job they get paid for so help them out by just going to one of the many other quality family medicine practices in the area.
