Busy? Don't go here. Emergency : you won't be seen. I waited 2 weeks for an appointment. The doctor is only available a limited number of hours and so I have to work my schedule around his to be seen. I sat in the waiting room for an hour, nearly missing a second appointment. At that point, I asked for a refund. Side note: I have been a patient for almost 2 years at this practice, not a new patient.
Made an appointment in May, couldn't get me one until June and I said that was fineThey called me in June and told me I had to reschedule for July. Very unprofessional for me being a first time patient. Putting my health on hold for months without even an apology for the inconvenience.
