Getting an EKG was fast and efficient, as was getting the results summary from the patient portal. The problem was that my doctor needed the raw data - the charts - which were not available on the portal. I'll bet I've made 20 calls trying to find someone to send those charts. Three times I have managed to reach an actual person, three times I have been promised that the charts will be faxed to my doctor, and I'm still waiting. I cannot continue my treatment plan because of Swedish Hospital.
