My very excellent cardiologist, Dr. Ian Cohen referred me to Dr. Choudhury in Jan, 2023. She tested me and positively affirmed I have hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. We discussed 3 treatment options and started the least invasive and least expensive the same day. I started improving the first day. She knows her stuff, for sure.
Dr. Choudhury is not only a phenomenal cardiologist, but a genuinely nice person. She talked with my husband and I for a long time covering all the many issues I have. She explained the reasons for my plan of care in detail and what my next steps need to be. We are fortunate that she specializes in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy as my care at my other cardiologist is severely lacking in both his knowledge and attention to my concerns.
