Dr. Kelly is such a wonderful primary doctor! She always takes the time to listen and answer all my questions thoroughly. I never feel rushed and she truly cares about her patients. The front desk receptionist, Sylwia is always friendly, professional, and happy to help with anything I need. The entire office provides excellent care and service, highly recommend!!!!

Front desk is so unprofessional as well as provider. Called in from another office to get information and everyone was rude. I have been in health care over 10 years and was shocked on how this office answered the phone as well as my questions about one of THEIR patients.

I'm new to Chicago and found Dr. Kelly's office back in May of 2023 and I've been very happy having her as my PCP. There has not been a time that I have been turned away and have always been lucky enough to be seen within the same day. She is quick, very professional, very thorough, very kind and respectful and recommend her to anyone who would appreciate these qualities in their PCP. I have no complaints. Her front desk staff is also great and helpful.

Lady at the front desk is highly unprofessional, No one ever picks up the phone and answers to the messages. She told me she's too busy to send medical records at the moment when I've been trying to reach the office for a month. Very rude over the phone.

I wish I could give her zero stars if that were possible. It is impossible to get in touch with her office, every time I call and leave a voicemail no one ever calls me back. Also I have requested my medical records from her office for the past few years which she will not disclosed to me. Now she is saying she doesn't have them because Illinois law says she only need to keep them for 6 years. I have proof that I requested my medical records within the 6 year window. Completely ridiculous.
