Going to Oak Street Health was the best decision I've made. I am a Registered Nurse for over 40 years, and have never received such quality of care from my previous Primary Care Physicians. Dr. Jodi Roque genuinely cares about her patients. I received the most comprehensive, thorough, and professional exam and tests. She is a wise, caring, kind, and compassionate woman. I am so grateful to have her as my doctor. Her office staff is also Wonderful!
I don't believe that our personalities are similar in any way shape or form. I'm nearly 73 years old. I know my body better than any doctor can tell me. When I request a medication that I've been on for years in double digits and I'm questioned by a doctor as to why I take so much of it and how often. I have a concern with that. I much prefer the gentleman. Me on my last physical visit to the office as he seems much more open-minded to listen to a 73-year-old In what she's asking for with her meds. Personally, I would prefer not to see this physician, however. Available for me I will go in a request what it is that I need
Dr Roque is very thorough and attentive to me. She listen to all of my concerns. My visits are very well managed and I'm in/out without waiting. I appreciate the good service.
