I would like to say the Doctor and the staff members here are very nice, kind and friendly. I would recommend anyone to come here to get information about their cardiovascular system or just a check up in general. They do not judge and have patience with their patients. When I came into this facility I felt an energy of peace. May God continue to be with Dr. Bisla and his staff members .
So, I was informed by my employer that I had to get a "clearance" on my health (sleep issues) before I could return to work. I looked into several different labs, none of whom could get me in for 2-3 weeks. I was referred to The HCC of S. Chicago, told them my situation and they had me scheduled for a diagnostic 2 days later..Not only am I cleared and back to work, they discovered with some daily breathing exercises and just OTC melatonin, that I could be removed of any breathing aids I've had to use most of my adult life! It has changed my life..Ty to everyone, at your clinic..I've never had more peace of mind!!
The doctor is cool and the receptionist Connie is friendly and professional, but the other nurse Adriana has horrible customer service skills, she's in the wrong line of work. She shouldn't be taking care of anyone with that horrible attitude. Even my mom thinks she's terrible, lol.
The receptionist was so rude and its ridiculous i called just to see if i had my time scheduled correctly and she just was so rude and so fourth and hung up in my face she needs to be fired from her profession or you guys wont have any patients.
