Hospital isn't in the best shape what's the rooms are clean and the bathrooms are clean and the staff is amazing and Dr. T and his crew made The process was so smooth and easy they gave you everything from a to z they guided you through every step and helped you get past through the insurance so easily I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. I literally told them I was hot and they brought me a fan to my room. That's something very thoughtful and the staff is so polite and so nice. No one had an attitude like the regular big Hospital.

I'm currently sitting in the ER with a family member. The sink is leaking and can't be turned off, the vent above us is caked in dust, there is something brown on the ceiling, 2 massive holes in the wall behind the bed with exposed insulation and chunks of drying just sitting inside like there was never an attempt to fix anything, rust on almost everything, deep divots on the floor where the bed sits (god forbid someone comes in with a spinal injury comes into this room and get bumped because someone stepped in the literal hole in the floor), exposed wiring connected to an outlet that's basically falling off of the wall, and the ER desk keeps coming into the room to throw away food garbage like milk cartons and styrofoam bowls with soup inside, not to mention the parking garage was closed last year because it was unsafe and now there are parts of it opened back up but it looks like no repairs have been done. It looks like they just reopened parts of it that were "safe enough". This hospital needs to be condemned. Forgot to mention that there's no hot water in the bathroom and that sink also leaks.

I ended up in the emergency room because I had pain in the lower back and had a hard time walking. The pain was so bad that if I tried to find a comfortable position to lay down on the bed, I simply couldn't because the pain would return The doctor in emergency decided to give me some pain medicine and then later, do an x-ray. The medicine released the pain andy body could finally relax. I was admitted to the hospital late in the afternoon. While in the hospital I met some marvelous people who work for the place. Some of them I saw a couple years ago when I was admitted for something different. I was sad to find out that many of the workers left the facility and sought employment elsewhere. The current staff is full of people that are committed to helping in these trying times. None of them actually like what's going on with Medicare and other government programs that trump is messing with. There are not enough staff to keep up with the incoming patients even though the number of patients is really low Be that as it may, they try their best to help and move things forward. Today marks three weeks I've have therapy and it's the day I'm leaving. Finally, to all who have helped to make my stay comfortable I would like to say thanks. There's just too many to list and give accomodations to so I'll just leave it like that To all that have touched my life at the hospital, I say thank you and keep up the good work. May your days be blessed and full of joy I remain, Wayne A Strnad

These "professionals" discharged my sick mother despite her condition not improved from the day she was admitted. Clearly trying to get rid of me by threatening us with their little tough boy technician. They will medically neglect you or your loved ones in the emergency room if they feel it necessary. Please do not come here and report this hospital for negligence. Some of the staff can be understanding but the bad actors alongside them are dangerous.

I give a five start to Community First Medical Center. Yes this hospital can be small old has old equipment. But has the best staff in the world. On Sept 7,2025 I had my gastric sleeve surgery with the best Doctor Dr. Tiesnega. I knew in the moment I was in the best hand. My experience was the best every staff treat me so nice. I will recomended to start your Journey with this program. Since day one good service and don't pay atention to the google review rating. I was scared in the beging of the rating but I was wrong.Thank you so much yo my nurse in charge and my CNA dont remember names but guys treat me and family with dignity and respect.
