I had such a great experience with this orthopedic chiropractic team! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly polite, professional, and welcoming. The staff made sure I was comfortable and well-informed during every step of my visit. You can really tell they care about their patients and take pride in what they do. The doctor was thorough, attentive, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel confident and at ease. It's refreshing to see such a dedicated and courteous team working together. I'm 71 years old with spinal stenosis! I was in 2 car accidents in 2023 ! My primary care Doctor recommended physical therapy it seem to ease the pain for a short time, however the discomfort was still there! In the Summer of 2025, I was experiencing excruciating pain to point when I would breath in and out or move the pain would shoot across my back and down my leg! It was horrible! My primary doctor suggested I go back to Physical therapy. Instead I decided to see a chiropractor, with some hesitancy to the point when I arrived at Dr. Cicero's office I had changed my mind the receptionist Kathy went on and on about how good Dr. Cicero was so I decided to see him. Kathy was right ! Dr. Cicero, is great he is well informed, I found him to be a down to earth warm person with a bit of sense of humor! After thoroughly examining me, Dr. Cicero explained using a bone models that I had a pinched nerve and that the physical therapy was a short fix because I was doing the wrong exercises. At that moment I decided to continue seeing Dr . Cicero! During the following several weeks of treatments, the pain in my back was diminishing! My back is so much better now! The quality of my life has been enhanced! Dr. Cicero has made a significant, positive impact on my life and well-being. I highly recommend Dr. Cicero and his wonderful staff!

The staff at Chicago neck and back institute are amazing. They work extremely hard to ensure that patients are comfortable and receive the best care possible. Dealing with pain can be very difficult. However, they make it easier to cope with discomfort by treating the underlying issues medically and holistically. I would recommend anyone with neck or back issues to visit Dr Cicero and his team.

Dr. Cicero and team are great. Everyone here is very knowledgeable and they really want to help you get better. They don't rush patients which is a huge plus. Chicago Neck & Back is the best!

Chicago Neck & Back is wonderful! Dr. Cicero is very thorough and informative - you can really tell that he cares about his patients.
