Central Primary Care: Haresh Sawlani, MD

I was kind of skeptical to bring my mom to this clinic. I have always gone to Primecare Health for years but my sister in law recommended this place since she's been going here for years. I wasn't sure if they were going to be able to give her the care she needed since she see's several specialists and she just moved from Kentucky but I was surprised at how fast they saw her and gave her the referrals she needed so quick. She's been able to follow up on her care fast and she loves being able to get care when needed without struggling to make appointments ahead of time, because realistically who plans to get sick? Their availability is great. The providers are also great at calling back or sending medications to the pharmacy when needed.

Np. Beata and Dr. Khan make an incredible team. Dr. Khan took the time to create a plan with me that will significantly improve my health. I can truly sense that the staff at this location is committed to making a difference in our community. I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for today's appointment. I also wish to acknowledge the rest of the staff, although I'm not familiar with all their names. They exemplify true professionalism and are dedicated to making a positive impact. Thank you!

Dr Sawlani and his team especially Rosie(office manager) are outstanding. They answer all of your questions and make you feel comfortable. Short wait time and a very caring staff. Highly recommend.

Today I had an appointment and I was super nervous because I was there not only for myself but for my son ! That was the main reason I made the appointment but I said hey why not check myself ... well we were lucky enough to be seen by Dr. Khan who was amazing at explaining what was needed for my son and the proper steps to take for his journey on a healthier diet. He was an amazing Dr. and we will continue to see Dr. Khan moving forward.

Dr. Haresh Sawlani and the nursing/PA staff are great - kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, as many other people have pointed out, some of the other support staff and operational practices leave a ton to be desired. When you call, you are placed on hold for extended periods of time, sometimes the line just hangs up after >20 minutes on hold, and once you finally do reach someone, they aren't super polite or helpful. Followup is also poor - if you are told they will call you back or let you know as soon as they find out, don't hold your breath. Really unfortunate that even though Dr. Haresh Sawlani and his primary care staff are great, the overall experience leaves you looking for other options.
