The clinical team never answer their phones, and their automated system is a joke. One of the nurses yesterday, while I was there for an appointment, was very rude and talking down to me, and speaking to me as of I was a child. My appointment was with Dr. Modi at 4:30pm and she had blonde hair. Probably the worst experience I've had there to date.
We went to this center for our annual physical . After a month they sent out a statement which has an outstanding balance with patient responsibility. When we questioned one of the claim codes submitted to the insurance, initially we were told it is for the new patient registration and then later it was mentioned as office visit. This is the first time we had an experience of seeing office visit claim code in an annual physical. When I reached out to their billing team, I was redirected to the clinical team and then back. After several calls (most times I do not get any response), they confirmed the claim code cannot be revised. Now we are told there is no option and we need to pay out of pocket (due to incorrect claim code) for our annual physical which is fully covered by insurance . This is very poor customer service and we will not go back to this center.
If you're doing your lab work. Look for Kevin. I highly recommend him. He is great in drawing blood that my elderly mother in law didn't even feel the pain. He has a great hand. God bless him. Such a great talent.
Laboratory technician takes forever to open the door everytime. In my mind they are busy. But No! See it in my very eyes when I drop off something in the lab. Technician is just busy surfing in the internet when the bell rings. He don't have the sense of urgency and respect people time and took a while before attending and checking the door. This is the same technician who draw blood for my mothers in-law who stick the needle so many times and wiggle it coz he can't find the vines.
