For a new team member of professionals providing health care and management, Dr. Azfar Ali stood among the giants, of caring, nurturing and genuinely tried to listen to me as one of his patients in a long while in this group. For scheduling appointments and talking to the accounting in a foreign country remained not only a major hurdle but a stressful hassle. Your group can do better than that, having a local or interstate customer service and accounting services department. Thank you for your services.
Dr. Ali was fine. However, 6 business days later and I'm still waiting on my perscription to be sent to the pharmacy with a PA letter. He wants me to come back again in. 1 month for a new prescription but if each visit takes 2 weeks to get the paperwork, I will not be able to be on the medication continuously, and it will become ineffective.
Dr Ali was very very nice and very thorough. I would definitely choose to see him again !
