Dr. Walker is absolutely outstanding. I was having problems filling my prescription and she stood right by the phone until everything was resolved. She even had my prescription shipped to my doorstep the next day. Not to mention my yearly check up was a breeze! The wait time wasn't long at all and the facility was clean. The staff was welcoming and actually cared about my needs. This is the best doctor visit I've experienced in years!

Update: I came back again ,sadly, and thought I'd try a different Dr for just a physical for the upcoming school year. How could this go wrong? Well it did. Complete waste of our time. After a long wait, was told that they do not have the vaccines my son needs for school. Any of them. So now what??? Was told to take him to Walgreens. Why not figure this out before my appointment. I left work for this. Also, on the phone I requested a physical for school and sports physical. At the appointment I was told that I have to make a choice which one I want because I was scheduled for only 15 mins even though I described what the appointment was for. Now no appointments till August but football starts later in July. When I came for myself due to recent chest pains, the ekg machine was broke according to the NP. I can't pronounce her name. So at this point I think it's a clinic thing as well as inadequate providers. The NP is excellent at just handing out referrals. My back hurt, referral to orthopedic surgery, leg pain, vascular surgery, my son's allergies are acting up, sent to the allergist. I had to request several times for a rx in the meantime till we can get an appointment. At this point I am just going to RESEARCH a new medical office. We are done here. Dr. Amy Ramirez. Horrible doctor. Very slow but not slow where she's being thorough and taking care of you. I brought my son in with signs of a possible concussion from a car accident. This doctor does not do any physical exam until I persist. She immediately says I will refer him to a neurologist. She would not do a CT of his head due to his dizziness, lightheadedness, falling and hitting his head in the accident. I asked her if she could order blood work due to other symptoms he's having and she says no. When I go to the front, there isn't even a referral for the neurologist that she put in. Her bedside manner was very non chalant. I walked out of there wanting to cry. I would never recommend her to anyone. I think she should retire.

No one never answers the phone. I have sat on the phone waiting to make an appointment for an hour just for them to hangup on me

CLINIC SEEMS CLEAN AND VERY ORGANIZED. THEY GIVE OUT FREE CONDOMS WHICH IS GREAT FOR THE PUBLIC. IM GIVING THEM A THREE STAR. STAFF ARE A LITTLE RUDE AND LIKE TO INVADE PERSONAL SPACE TOO MUCH. ALSO NOT GIVING OUT RIGHT PRESCRIPTIONS. ANOTHER RED FLAG THIS BUSINESS WANTS TO BOOK APPOINTMENTS ONLY NOT SURE WHY THE STOPPED WALK INS, WHEN IT MIGHT BE NEEDED TO PUBLIC. THEY SEEM A LITTLE SKETCHY WHEN IT COMES TO LAB TESTING. THE REQUIREMENTS ARE A LITTLE TOO OVER RATED.!!

First and foremost... I'm here.. right now as I'm typing this review. Check in was easy. I had a 1:15 pm appointment for an annual check up. I've been here over an hour and still have not seen the doctor!!! What is the point of making an appointment. I use to have really good experiences with this location which is why I returned, but I will not be back. I will have to find my son and I another doctors office that can follow the schedule they've created. I have to leave soon for another appointment and STILL HAVE NOT SEEN THE DOCTOR! Terrible!! Both of the stars I am giving is for the easy check in process and for the young lady who assisted me. We should not have to go outside of our communities for professional service. I want to support US so bad, but this is an example of why it's hard to.
