I drove from far to take my mom to this office. I used the washroom in the 1st fl. There was tissue and paper towels everywhere. Took my mom to Suite 202 to see the doctor, only to get greeted by some disgusting used gloves in the waiting area. To me that just says they are very unsanitary. The carpet needs to be deep cleaned. It smells! I do not know how they stay in business. The health department needs to pay this office a visit immediately. Yuuuuuuck! My mother will NOT come here everrr again.

The receptionist who answered the phone was incredibly rude. The menu options included "refilling a prescription", which I needed. However, when I said this to the receptionist, they yelled at me "this is not a drug store. call your drug store." and hung up. I was in disbelief that she didn't even let me explain that I needed to see my doctor to get my refill so I called back but was sent immediately to voicemail, which I can only assume the receptionist did. Why are your receptionists not trained on 1.) what the menu options are and 2.) how to speak to and treat patients with respect? I wish I got her name but it was a call at 9:13a today.

Please do not Schedule with Resident Hougen.She is incompetent and lacks empathy and professionalism.I arrived within my 15 minute appointment and have been waiting here over 2 hours. She then says she can't see me for all that i need which was some forms and her to check my ears. Which i had sent a message prior and she said i needed and appointment. I waited over an hour for her to complete one form. If you are BLACK woman please do not go see this Karen . I am in tears at how i was treated ! If i was late they wouldn't have seen me!

I came in for a yearly exam and at the Covid desk the young lady asked the usual questions and I made the mistake of casually stating that there was a positive case in my school, she stated she had to go in the office and ask if it was ok for me to go in. I stated that my office is no where close to the student's classroom and that I had no contact as asked. She came back and stated I could not go in. I fasted for bloodwork and it was the afternoon and I was not happy with what was stated. I asked for the person who made the decision and she came out with someone who stood behind her as if I was going to do her harm. I stated again that I had no contact with the student and she kept stating it's protocol. I asked to speak to Dr. Horonich who she said made the final decision and she stated "He is seeing patients", on my appointment time? and that he would call me later to discuss, still waiting for that call days later. I left stating I am switching health systems. I have had it with that office, the office staff always makes things difficult for patients, they have done it to me before and I have seen them do it to others. I was a patient of Dr. Klein for over twenty years who has retired and I stayed, but this was just not using common sense so goodbye and thanks for finally pushing me to find a trully caring facility.

They will let you die! If you want to see your primary doctor the appointment will be 2 months out! It's sad!!!!! Even when you trying to message your primary doctor! Want here back in weeks it's so annoying! Literally dealing with a lot on my health in can't even get the proper care! Like I said they will literally let you die!!!!
