Doctor Sharma is a very good cardiologist, he knows everything and i'm so glad I had the opportunity to Be his patient.! Unfortunately, I can't go back there again because everyone of the staff members there are extremely rude, they lie, they sent me to the wrong location for my visit, More than once... They all have a big mouths and I can't figure out why... The only thing I can think is that they either love and enjoy abusing their patients or they just dislike their job that much. They are terrible and I can't get myself to walk back in there. But thank you to Dr. Sharma for being so professional... He is fantastic! He just needs to change his staff big time

Dr Sharma is great. He really took care of my father. His 1 star rating is due to the pig he has managing his Crystal Lake Office. This woman (if you can call her that thrse days), refused my father's appointment, canceled the appointment, and terminated the Dr patient relationship (Dr Sharma never knew any of this). She did this when she was called out for giving false and misleading information regarding my fathers care. Then lied about it when it went to billing. She claimed that she lefta all pertinent information in voice-mail, when voice-mail was played for her and she was caught lying she flipped out. It's a shame Dr. Sharma was my father favorite doctor over last 10 years

Doctor Sharma had seen my husband and ran test to determine his heart condition and found that my husband had only a 20 % ejection fraction and treated him with medication. My husband died less than a month later with a cardiac arrest. Our family can't understand why Doctor Sharma didn't give him a defibrillator. Our son at the age of 31 was given a defibrillator due to a 20% ejection fraction and is still alive at the age of 40.
