My family & I go to this office all the time. I love the staff & love the environment. Everyone here is so friendly & always has a great attitude. I've been coming to this office for over 2-3 years & I love it.

My family and I were patients of this clinic, my family used to be seen at the Franklin park location, I recently moved to the suburbs and Streamwood was the closer location. My son had a schedule appointment at 4pm on a Friday. My son was coming from the city and I was coming from work. We got to the clinic around 3:55 pm and when we arrived to check in they told me that we were considered late and had to reschedule or wait and be put in as a walk in. Which o was upset which this is nonsense. This is the first clinic that I run into that has that policy and they don't even have a late tolerance policy at all. I understand what they are trying to do, but they also have to take in consideration about people's life's. They don't know what is happening at the moment. You might not have someone to pick up your baby from daycare or traffic, or accident or something. Due to this matter I already switch my children's PCP to a different clinic, my husband had an upcoming appointment that I already cancel. I don't recommend this Clinic at all.

Dr. Chaudhari has been an absolutely incredible pediatrician for our son, who was born prematurely at 36weeks. We are so grateful to have a pediatrician who is not only a brilliant clinician but also a compassionate partner in our son's health journey.

Because of 1-2 min late coming, their counter staff in the reception doesn't allow me have my appointment even if i said them i am fasting since yesterday for my blood test, although they called me several times days ago and said my appointment at 11:30am, that's why i came 11:15am (15min ago) and i learned actually my appointment was scheduled for 11:15am, since I couldn't come at 11am, they didn't allow me having my appointment... this is ridiculous and they were not polite and uninterest to my comments...
