I had a horrible experience at seasons women's with my first miscarriage, then again with pediatric once I had my baby. I had a few appointments there with the lactation consultants. The consultant's themselves were fabulous, scheduling was not. I had an appointment scheduled and was a new mom trying to get my baby to latch. Seasons called me an hour before my appointment and asked me to come in 5 minutes instead. I said there was no way I could be there in 5 minutes and that my baby wouldn't be hungry at that time. Melanie became angry and said "You know they have to be hungry at their appointment so I don't know why you just fed him." I hadn't just fed him, I knew he wouldn't be hungry in 5 minutes and I was shocked since they were the ones rescheduling my appointment. They tried to reschedule the next few appointments I set, and we never were able to get my baby to latch because they kept cancelling my appointments. Super unprofessional service, and when I look back, it's frustrating how they treated a new mom who was struggling to breastfeed.

We love Seasons! It's a very kid-friendly office. The receptionists are always so kind. Zachery Brunson is amazing! He is the best doctor we've ever had; he never seems like he's in a rush when he's with you and he is so good with my kids! He always asks what questions I have and gives me enough time to ask them all!

Dr. Hymus is literally the greatest ever. I wish we didn't have to move because he was like amazing. My son still doesn't like doctors but Dr.Hymus was always positive and answered anything we would ask. He loved what he did and you could tell. He is so encouraging. I haven't found a pediatrician that is even a smudge like him. He is the best!!

We recently moved to the area, and I needed to find someone who could see my son for ear pain before we established care. They fit me in day of, and made the appointment so easy for us. The doctor we saw was extremely kind and put my son right at ease. He was thorough, but very sensible in his approach, careful to medicate only as needed. He spent plenty of time with us, and made sure to answer all my questions. I will definitely be transferring our records here soon!

Doctors and the staff there were nice, but didn't seem to care too much about your concerns. Told them multiple times that my kid wasn't not eating well, throwing up a lot at night time. They didn't give any suggestions at all just told me not to worried about it. If you are lucky, you get the nice nurse to give you baby shots, some of them are pretty rough. Wouldn't recommend, go somewhere else.
