Gina, the LPN was absolutely HORRIBLE!! She was cold, irritable, rude, and judgmental! She literally RIPPED the blood pressure cuff off of my arm and blamed me for it not reading my BP correctly. She had ZERO compassion whatsoever for the level of difficulty I was having to complete the 30 minute test I was having and made my anxiety 100 times worse by the way she was treating me. Then she wrote a condescending, belittling remark about me in her visit summary that made it very apparent she had a personal problem with me. I have no idea what caused it, but she seemed to hate me from the moment I walked in the room and my husband, who was with me during the entire test, agreed that she treated me like she did not like me and was rude to us the entire time. If she was having a bad day, completely unrelated to me, that does not give her an excuse to treat me the way she did. She needs more training and some compassion. At my previous visit, one week before my terrible test experience, Dr. Linstroth was very nice. He was compassionate when he could sense that I felt a bit frustrated and misunderstood. He took the time to address my feelings and sit with me to talk through them.

It was my first time seeing a Cardiologist after a recent hospital visit. Dr Linstroth was very kind to someone who hasn't been very good at taking care of themselves. He was attentive, informative and understanding. The office ran very efficiently. I had hardly and wait before being seen by the doctor.

This was my initial visit with Dr. Linstroth and I found him to be very pleasant, approachable, and down to earth. He gave me the appropriate time to discuss my cardiology health history and I felt he was thorough and listened well to my responses. I was pleased with how he educated me with my heart health issues as well as he made me feel confident in his treatment plan. My initial impression is Dr. Linstroth is an excellent cardiologist.
