I would rate this healthcare facility much higher if it was just going by the doctors and the people who have performed different things on me. But they have this impossible task of making appointments that they can't keep. I've been scheduled twice for an echocardiogram and had it canceled by the facility and they canceled it the same day that I'm supposed to be there. I don't believe the doctor knows that this is going on and his employees are not doing what he's asking to simply get me an echocardiogram but it's been two different times. They have canceled my appointment on the same morning as the appointment one day I drove all that way there before I even knew that it had been canceled. they actually had me scheduled for 12 o'clock noon when everybody was going to lunch how in God's name could they do that? the way things are standing right now. I won't get in till February and it was supposed to been done in the beginning of December.

I love everything about high desert. Easy and comfortable location with lots of parking, easy check-in, the staff is fantastic and on time. The staff probably has the best bed side manners of any doctors office I have ever been in. The online portal makes communication easy. They are very knowledgeable and experienced.
